Shipping policy

Susie's team does their best to package carefully and ship orders as promptly as possible. However, once your order leaves our hands, delivery is out of our control so we urge you to watch the tracking information provided and be prepared to receive your shipment as soon as you are notified of delivery. Please contact your local post office and Susie's Pantry immediately if your package is not delivered on the same day tracking indicates. We will work together to determine the best course of action.
