Refund policy

Because of the nature of freeze dried items, we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Refunds are negotiable if our shop is in error. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to work out the details of any problems with your order. If a refund or return is warranted, the customer assumes the cost of packing/shipping charges.
